Our Lithium Thionyl Chloride batteries allow for operation over a wide range of temperatures and in extreme climates while providing excellent durability, which makes them suitable for harsh uses and inaccessible environments. The service life of our batteries varies with amount of use and current consumption (i.e. type of MWD tool).
The shelf life is guaranteed for 2 years, allowing for long-term storage without reduction in battery performance. These cells are best suited for moderate continuous-current applications.

Our batteries can be equipped with a built-in chip that acts as a diagnostic tool during the drilling process, recording the main parameters of the battery in real time, such as voltage, current, temperature, residual battery capacity and vibration load.
